In order to use the right to withdraw from the contract of sale without a reason, we need to be informed about such decision within 14 days via the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to the address of the seller.
In the information concerning the return, please insert your data, product information and the number of order that you are returning. We want to remind you that after 14 days the right to withdraw from the contract expires.
In the case of withdrawing from the sales agreement just after the return of the product (not longer than 14 days), we will transfer the payments we received from you in the agreed form.
Complaints can be submitted via e-mail address: email@example.com or a letter to the address of the seller. We will replay no later than within 14 calendar days from the submission date.
Please provide us with contact details and information about the kind and date of the defect occurring, the request for how to bring the product into compliance with the contract of sale or a statement of price reduction or a complete withdrawal from the contract.
